This barre-based workout focuses on full body sculpting designed to lengthen, strengthen and tone your muscles through low impact isolated movements that challenge every muscle in your body. Using light dumbbells and your own body weight, the class focuses on core and individual muscles groups, pushing you to your physical limits while you improve your posture, strengthen muscles, and increase range of motion.

Depending how the stars align the day, you could find yourself swinging a steel mace, running around the block, pressing a kettle bell overhead or praying to the animal flow spirt that she vanishes before your eyes. Whatever the case may be one thing is for certain, you will be happy it’s Hump Day and that you sweated through it like a champ!
