Kettlebell PHIT

The KettlePHIT workout is a 60 minute strength and conditioning session that strengthens core muscles through a series of plyometric movements utilizing kettlebells. All levels are welcome!

Peak Endurance

Peak Endurance is a metabolic conditioning system that combines Fully Integrated Core and Global Movements from a Bio-mechanics perspective while utilizing unconventional fitness equipment such as club bells, kettlebells, and steel mace.
