Sculpt

TRANSFORM

This full body class includes high intensity training and compound movements with a focus in toning and sculpting. The high energy and trendy music will transform you into your best self by the end of class.

THE PHIT WORKOUT

The PHIT workout is a 60 minute strength and conditioning session that strengthens core muscles through a series of plyometric movements utilizing kettlebells, dumbbells, and bodyweight. All levels are welcome!

SPINNING

Get ready to peddle your way a healthier, fitter you. In this intense and exhilarating workout, challenge yourself to sprints, climbs and intervals to help you build strength, endurance, and improve your cardiovascular fitness.

OVERTIME

A full body high intensity interval training class with a mix of cardio and weight lifting.

Boxing

High-intensity boxing class that breaks down the technical moves before beating up the bag. Get into fighting shape with jumping jacks, use of weights and jump ropes and hard-core ab work incorporated into this complete workout.

In this class the focus is on gaining greater joint range of motion and freedom of movement, decrease risk of injury, reduce muscle tension and soreness, improve posture, and movement efficiency.

BOSS CHICK DANCE WORKOUT

The Boss Chick Dance Workout is an all female Hip-hop, Dancehall, and Afrobeats twerk fitness brand. The BCDW is not only a cardio workout but also a female driven movement aimed to empower women to own and feel powerful and sexy through dance.

BFIT

A high impact interval-training class that combines strength training with weights and intense cardio speed drills to keep your heart pumping and your muscles moving.

BODY BALANCE

Back to basic training. This class will guide you on how to tone nicely defined muscle using simple “back to basic” exercises. No drills just basic exercise everyone can benefit from to build their muscle tone.  

BOOTCAMP
The BOOTCAMP class combines cardiovascular and strength training. Expect to challenge your mind and body as you alternate between high and low intensity exercises through timed intervals of free weights, plyometrics, cardio training & balance work.
